“Yana Halliwell was very knowlegable of the entire process of buying and selling a home. She showed up and she gave critical counsel when it came to making hard decisions. Her knowledge of everything required of us helped us have confidence in moving forward. I appreciated the fact that she took care of everything, She staged our home and beautified the areas to be professionally photographed with her own items because our house was empty. She wanted to make sure we got the price our home deserved. She treated us like family and she was never in a rush and very patient.

Our home sold in three days and we had apx. 15 contracts by the time we closed the window for contracts. I credit Yana and her prep work for this - staging, adverising, nerworking, social media alerts.... When it came time for us to look at the offers, she had created a very detailed spread sheet with ALL the offers and their terms for us to go over!!! She helped us see the pros and cons of the offers but allowed us the freedom to make the best choice for our sale. Then, Yana stayed in thouch with the buyers agent to make sure the potential buyers were doing their part to stay on schedule. What I appreciated most about Yana is she kept all the headaches away from us by not calling us with all the "drama details" that can go on behind the scenes with the banks, title companies, inspections, buyers...etc. She even negotiated hard for us when the buyers were getting picky and thankfully, we did not have too. She double checks every detail and follows up with phone calls when the banks or title companies do not respond in a timely matter. She even kept us on track when we did not see a time sensative email we needed to sign for closing! That was a lifesaver for sure and we even closed early! Did I mention, we were not in the area when all this was happening. We had already moved away; so, we left her the keys to the house with Yana and she did all the work for us. She even oversaw the painter for us while we were getting the house ready to list. She even beautified the planters for us too - who does that these days? Now that is a million dollar realtor for sure. She's TRUSTWORTHY. Just let Yana help you with buying or selling your home - she shines above them all.

Again, Yana kept every party involed in the process of our sale on schedule. There is a lot to do in 30 days and she communicted with us during the entire project. There was never a time when I called her that she was not avaliable. One time she even let me know she would be out for a while and if I needed to talk to her, she would be able to call back later. My husband and I said over and over again how grateful we were for Yana and how much she deserved even penny of the commission because of how hard she worked for us. She always made every conversation about what was best for us. That says a lot. Lastly, our home sold for over the listing price and this is 100% because of what Yana Halliwell did to "Make It Happen".”
